Terms of Service

The service

Cipher IQ publishes historical NFL statistics, situational records, and market price history, computed from public game records. It is information, not advice. Nothing on the site forecasts an outcome, recommends a wager, or promises a result, and you use it at your own judgment.

Cipher IQ is operated by Orta Softworks and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Football League, any of its teams, any player, or any betting exchange. Team and league names appear for identification only and belong to their owners.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google or Discord account. One account is for one person; do not share it or let others use it. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in provider secure.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are not refunded except where the law requires it.

If a renewal payment fails, Pro pauses right away and we ask you to update your payment method. Pro resumes as soon as the payment goes through; if it never does, the subscription ends and the account stays on the free plan.

Prices may change. Any change is announced on the pricing page before it applies to a renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Acceptable use

The site is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download its data or text, resell or republish its content, share Pro content with people who are not subscribers, or attempt to bypass the paywall or interfere with the service.

Content and intellectual property

The site's design, code, computed statistics, and written briefings belong to Orta Softworks. Underlying game records are public facts. You may quote short excerpts with attribution to Cipher IQ.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete, and we may change or discontinue features at any time. Data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, corrected, or revised.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account page; doing so cancels any subscription immediately. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orta Softworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including any decision you make based on its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes are announced on the site.
